Successfully survived a lawsuit and two tentative map extensions to procure full entitlements for a 58-unit luxury condominium project on an ocean-view site. Through direct and active management role on behalf of the Robertson Family Trusts, Ken Cablay was instrumental in this large infill site’s design, approval and entitlement. Multiple governmental agency approvals created a complex entitlement process challenging Ken and the consultant team to dovetail divergent goals and achieve master plan entitlement and approval in four years.
