We concentrate on specific infill locations with a heightened focus on supply constrained urban markets and other regions with historical high-demand-low-inventory supply. Our focus is concentrated opportunities in Southern California.

Our success in infill projects has proven there is a built-in market and attraction in these types of locations; as such our main focus will be in these locales that demonstrate inimitable and persuasive attributes. Opportunities will cover the range of stand-alone projects to master planned communities.
